Just a quick update to let you know that we’ve been delayed in upgrading to V3, but hope to move to it ASAP. The basics are this: once we stood it up on the dev site (basically the last step before going live) we found a bunch of bugs that needed to be fixed and were advised that they should be fixed before going live despite my “go live! fix later!” attitude. Again we hope to launch later this week or at worst after the chart closes next Tuesday.

In other news our team will be out of the office attending Canadian Music Week this week. Our response time will be slower but the charts will operate normally. As always if you have any questions or issues contact support@naccchart.com and we’ll do our best to help.
