HOW DO I SUBMIT MY CHARTS TO NACC?

WHEN IS THE REPORTING DEADLINE?

2pm EST every Tuesday. The Chart re-opens for reporting at 9am EST every Friday

DO YOU HAVE GENRE CHARTS ASIDE FROM THE TOP 200 OVERALL CHART?

Yes! We’ve got breakout charts that focus on the following Genres:
Non-Comm, NEXT, Canadian, Electronic, Jazz, Hip Hop, R&B/Soul, Heavy, Folk, World, Latin, Blues & Chill.

ARE THE NACC CHARTS WEIGHTED? AND IF SO HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE WEIGHTS?

Yes, all of the charts, with the exception of most added are “weighted.” Meaning that bigger stations have more clout when it comes to compiling a record’s chart score. We use a 5 point system, that works as follows:

NACC STATION WEIGHTS
5 – Reserved for the largest stations (KCMP, KEXP, CBC 3, etc.)
4 – Stations in large and/or big college markets.
3 – Stations in the 1000s watts range / Mid-sized markets
2 – Stations in the hundred to near 1000 watts / Smaller terrestrial stations
1 – Internet and Low Power (100w) stations

IS IT FREE FOR STATIONS TO REPORT TO THE CHART?

Reporting stations will always be able to report a chart to NACC FREE of charge.

ARE YOU PROVIDING THE CHART TO RECORD LABELS?

Yes. We have a two tier ’subscriber’ platform for record labels and promoters. A free version that lets them participate on a limited basis and a paid tier which allows them to access all the data that happens behind the scenes to create the charts each week.
